Background
Lisa Jamieson started the business, fitting out a new building and employing staff in December 2019. In August 2019 she opened her second store in Howick. The business has grown significantly over the last twelve months and is now one of the leading businesses in the Flooring Xtra franchise group.
The Challenge
Lisa wanted to grow the business fast whilst retaining tight control over sales margins, inventory and customer service.
The Experience
I don’t think I would have been able to keep control of our business as it grew without Helix.
